Il Gammarus è un gamberetto d’acqua dolce di cui sono particolarmente ghiotte le tartarughine acquatiche.
I Gammarus più lunghi e più pigmentati, pescati nei laghi siberiani durante il periodo estivo ed essiccati
al sole, rappresentano la qualità più pregiata che, compatibilmente con la disponibilità del pescato, è
preferita per diventare un prodotto Raff.

DRIED GAMMARUS - For water turtle
Water turtles find Gammarus fresh water shrimps irresistible. The best Gammarus shrimps are the longer, more brightly coloured variety that is only caught in Siberian lakes in the summer and sun dried. Raff uses these shrimps to make TATA whenever they are available.
