Legal Basis for Processing

This website primarily processes data based on user consent. Consent is provided via the banner at the bottom of the page, or through site usage or consultation, which is considered an implicit agreement. By using or browsing the site, visitors and users accept this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data as described below, including possible sharing with third parties when necessary to provide a service.
Additional specific consents are collected through communication or service request forms. Purpose of Processing

The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to the purposes connected, instrumental, and necessary for service provision, is aimed at the following objectives:
  • Statistics (Analysis): Collection of data and information in an exclusively aggregated and anonymous form to verify the proper functioning of the website. None of this information is linked to the individual user, and it does not allow any form of identification.
  • Security: Collection of data and information to protect the security of the site (anti-spam filters, firewall, virus detection) and Users, and to prevent or unmask fraud or abuse damaging the website.     Providers only have access to the personal data necessary to carry out their tasks. They are committed to not using the data for other purposes and are required to handle personal data in compliance with applicable regulations.

Data collected

This site collects user data in two ways.
  • Data collected automatically during User navigation may include the following information, which is stored in the server (hosting) log files of the site: – IP address – Browser type – Device parameters used – ISP name – Date and time of visit – Referring webpage and exit page – Potentially, the number of clicks.
    This data is used for statistical and analytical purposes, in an aggregated form only. The IP address is used exclusively for security purposes and is not cross-referenced with any other data.
  • Voluntarily Provided Data
    The site may collect additional data when users voluntarily use services such as registration, comment services, or communication tools (contact forms, comment boxes). These data will be used exclusively for providing the requested service, including:
    Name and surname
    Personal details (including minors’ data, with parental or guardian consent)
    Address (including email)

Place of processing

Data Retention Period

The data collected by the site during its operation is retained for the strictly necessary period to carry out the specified activities. Once this period expires, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are additional purposes requiring its retention.
Security-related data (IP address) used to block harmful attempts against the website is stored for 30 days.
Analytics data (statistics) is retained in an aggregated and anonymous form for 24 months.

Transfer of Collected Data to Third Parties

The data collected from the site is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate requests by the judicial authority and in cases provided by law; when necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; for the execution of security checks or website optimization.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries

Il presente sito potrebbe condividere alcuni dei dati raccolti con servizi localizzati al di fuori dell’area dell’Unione Europea. In particolare con Google, Facebook e Microsoft (LinkedIn) tramite i social plugin e il servizio di Google Analytics. Il trasferimento è autorizzato in base a specifiche disposizioni dell’Unione Europea e del Garante per la tutela dei dati personali, in particolare la disposizione 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – qui la pagina informativa del Garante italiano), per cui non occorre ulteriore consenso. Le aziende sopra menzionate garantiscono la propria adesione al Privacy Shield.

We process visitors’/users’ data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data during transmission, using specialized software that encrypts information in transit. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the specified purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of employees involved in the site’s organization or external subjects (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers) might have access to the data.

This site uses cookies, which are text files stored on the user’s device or that allow access to information on the user’s device. Data collected: browser identifier, date and time of interaction with the site, referring page, IP address.
Data processing location: European Union, as the service anonymization is active. The collected data does not allow personal identification of users and is not cross-referenced with other information related to the same person. They are processed in aggregate form and anonymized (truncated to the last octet). Based on a specific agreement (DPA), Google Inc. is prohibited (data processor) from cross-referencing this data with that obtained from other services. The user can selectively disable (opt-out) the collection of data by Google Analytics by installing the appropriate component provided by Google (opt out) on their browser.

User rights

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), the user may, in accordance with the methods and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
